Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, or customer engagement consulting.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Proficiency in configuring AJO customer journeys, including entry criteria and cross-channel orchestration.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer profiles, and event-driven engagement.
- Experience with Adobe XDM schemas, identity structures, and data ingestion.
- Knowledge of API integrations and JSON for marketing technology solutions.
- Ability to perform end-to-end testing and troubleshoot campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions to define client objectives and engagement use cases.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and technical documentation.
- Design, configure, and maintain customer journeys and campaigns in AJO.
- Implement customer engagement programs supporting acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Configure and deliver personalized communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Define audience segmentation and validate data readiness within AEP.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure accurate customer attributes and events.
- Conduct performance analysis and synthesize findings into executive-ready recommendations.
