Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (C1 level).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems independently.
- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to manage tasks, follow up on actions, and keep documentation up to date.
Responsibilities
- Test, check, and monitor data and delivery processes for digital content products, primarily for the French market.
- Review data outputs and final client deliveries to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Communicate with clients in French, including support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing processes, products, and quality assurance standards.
- Support the introduction of new measurement technologies and help ensure they are properly adopted.
- Act as the main escalation point for quality and monitoring-related questions from team members.
- Document and maintain quality assurance procedures, process guidelines, and operational standards.
