Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software and ML/AI engineering.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
- Proficiency in Python and AI development.
- Experience in data engineering and software development lifecycles.
- Strong cloud platform skills (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP welcome).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI-driven workflows.
- Full-stack mindset capable of working across infrastructure, pipelines, and applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on real-world business impact.
- Experience or genuine interest in the healthcare technology domain.
- Active user of LLMs, agents, and frontier developer tooling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end data and AI systems for healthcare applications.
- Design and build data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and software integrations.
- Implement both classical machine learning models and LLM-based agents.
- Collaborate directly with internal medical advisors and clients on project requirements.
- Maintain production-grade, compliant, and secure systems.
- Participate in design syncs and architecture decisions.
