Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software and ML/AI engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience with responsibility for others (formal or informal).
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1).
- Expertise in Python, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and MLOps.
- Ability to work full-stack across data pipelines, infra, and surrounding systems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to engage directly with stakeholders.
- Active use of LLMs, agents, and modern frontier tooling to automate work.
- Proven ability to scope, estimate, and deliver projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end data/AI systems, from classical ML to LLM-based agents.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations for production.
- Scope, estimate, and deliver technical projects while managing architectural bottlenecks.
- Review peer PRs and provide clear guidance to team members on task execution.
- Collaborate directly with medical advisors and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Monitor production systems for performance drifts and implement necessary remediations.
- Lead engineering project streams, including architecture decisions and delivery planning.
