Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade ML models and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Hands-on experience with the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Solid experience with Git, CI/CD, MLOps, and collaborative software development.
- Production-level experience deploying ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade data science and machine learning solutions.
- Translate business problems into actionable analytical solutions.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning pipelines.
- Monitor model performance and ensure accurate, scalable solutions.
- Support data-driven decision-making throughout the operational lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, and product managers in an Agile environment.
