Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of production backend development experience with Python and Django.
- 3+ years of front-end web development experience using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
- 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience with test automation, mocking, and stubs.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB.
- Demonstrated expertise in algorithms, refactoring, and engineering best practices (DRY, SOLID).
- Proficiency with Git.
- Experience conducting code reviews.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering, estimation, and documentation.
- Develop new features and maintain existing DrChrono EHR software systems.
- Write and maintain automated unit tests.
- Deploy software and perform software demonstrations.
- Mentor and pair with team members while conducting code reviews.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
