Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
- Experience managing a client dependency register.
- Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies.
- Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts.
- Ability to overlap US business hours.
- PMP, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
- Experience on projects with regulatory or compliance requirements preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development project lifecycles, including project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Oversee formal risk registers, change-control processes, and milestone-based acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate third-party vendor dependencies including contracts, credentials, and integration timelines.
- Manage a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Kanban team workflows.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical clients and executive stakeholders.
- Provide consistent, high-quality client-facing status reporting.
