Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, financial operations, or clinical trial support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, data reconciliation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to validate and reconcile information across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on data accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a regulated environment (clinical research, healthcare, or medical imaging) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or clinical trial management technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with accrual reporting and payment processing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate, validate, and process invoices related to imaging reads, reader training, and consultations.
- Reconcile reader activity across internal applications, Salesforce, and financial systems.
- Support monthly accrual processes by preparing fee reports and financial analyses.
- Maintain audit-ready reader records, credentials, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with external clinical readers regarding scheduling, capacity, and operational requirements.
- Monitor workflows, review activity reports, and ensure adherence to study-specific timelines.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Project Management teams to resolve operational issues.
- Produce metrics and reconciliation reports to support continuous process improvement.
