Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, financial operations, or clinical trial support.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, data reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to validate and reconcile information across multiple systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on data accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (clinical research, healthcare, or medical imaging) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or clinical trial management technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with accrual reporting and payment processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, validate, and process invoices related to imaging reads, reader training, and consultations.
  • Reconcile reader activity across internal applications, Salesforce, and financial systems.
  • Support monthly accrual processes by preparing fee reports and financial analyses.
  • Maintain audit-ready reader records, credentials, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with external clinical readers regarding scheduling, capacity, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor workflows, review activity reports, and ensure adherence to study-specific timelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Project Management teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Produce metrics and reconciliation reports to support continuous process improvement.
