Responsibilities
- Manage a large number of incoming calls
- Address questions and find solutions for clients by assisting with customer questions or concerns
- Set expectations and complete follow-up work from client interactions
- Recommend potential coverages and policies by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Participate in team huddles and receive regular training and coaching
