Job Details

Basic programming proficiency in Groovy, Java, or a comparable language.
Working Linux knowledge, including shell, CRON, grep, and log navigation.
SQL and relational database skills, specifically Postgres or MySQL.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JSON, and REST APIs.
Experience using Git for version control.
Experience with ticketing systems, SLA workflows, and development methodologies like Jira.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Analytical and thoughtful problem-solving approach.
Willingness to obtain Pricefx Certified Configuration Engineer certification within the first year.
Ability to join an evening and weekend standby rotation approximately once a month.

Analyze and resolve customer incidents and service requests from first triage through verification.
Manage incidents according to ITIL priority models and SLA entitlement processes.
Investigate application/integration logs, debug Groovy logic, and perform database queries to isolate issues.
Reproduce reported behaviors on test partitions to determine causes in configuration, data, or product code.
Perform root cause analysis and document findings clearly for both internal teams and customers.
Monitor alerts from observability platforms and act or escalate as needed.
Analyze data flows between Integration Manager, ERP/e-commerce systems, and the Pricefx platform.
Report verified software bugs to Engineering with detailed logs and reproduction steps.
Provide technical support via written communication, calls, and remote troubleshooting sessions.
Maintain knowledge-base articles and known-error documentation to improve team efficiency.
