Several years of professional software engineering, solutions engineering, or automation engineering experience.
Proven experience with recent production LLM workflows (e.g., Claude, OpenAI).
Strong Python proficiency, including structuring, testing, and debugging code.
Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs, and window functions.
Browser automation experience using Playwright or similar tools.
Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, pagination, and rate limits.
Experience troubleshooting production failures, including reading logs and isolating root causes.
Proficiency with Bash and the command line for deployment and debugging.
Strong Git version control habits.
Workflow discovery skills and ability to translate tacit knowledge into explicit logic.
Strong documentation habits for non-engineering users.

Join customer discovery calls to understand workflows, systems, and pain points.
Translate customer needs into technical solution designs, effort estimates, and project scope.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations that handle multi-step workflows.
Develop integrations between customer platforms including CRMs, ERPs, and accounting software using APIs or browser automation.
Implement robust error handling, retries, and logging to ensure system reliability.
Create testing and evaluation processes including test sets and regression checks.
Hand off live agents to Operations Managers with comprehensive runbooks and training.
Serve as the technical escalation point for agent failures or system changes.
