Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering within construction or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Fluent in Russian (C1 level).
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation and international sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create material lists from technical specifications.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and procurement systems.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems for purchasing and inventory management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Initiate production processes by setting up glass orders, verifying hardware availability, and procuring custom materials.
- Perform inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse stock management.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to generate material lists and ensure accuracy in dimensions and finishes.
- Coordinate with sales, project managers, designers, and estimators to support budgeting, change orders, and material substitutions.
- Maintain documentation and tracking for project estimates and component orders to align with delivery schedules.
