Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering (construction, manufacturing, or related).
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Fluent in Russian (C1 level).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and experience creating material lists from specifications.
- Proven supplier negotiation and international sourcing experience.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and procurement systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Initiate production processes by setting up glass orders, checking hardware availability, and ordering custom materials.
- Forecast inventory demand and ensure warehouse supply levels.
- Source local and international suppliers while negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to create accurate material lists and check dimensions/finishes.
- Maintain documentation, track estimate changes, and prepare orders for container arrivals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, designers, and estimators to support substitutions, change orders, and budgeting.
