Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales or a related field
- Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or a similar role
- Experience working in a B2B and international environment
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles
- Experience with enterprise CMS and/or CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely and/or Salesforce
- Experience supporting web and application development projects
- Good understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead workshops and design processes
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and prioritize business and customer requirements
- Translate requirements into clear functional concepts and user experiences
- Assess the impact of proposed solutions on business processes
- Support decision-making around solution design and priorities
- Coordinate and support web and application development activities in an agile environment
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation process
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business and customer expectations
