Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a B2B environment within international organizations.
- Strong experience in gathering and managing requirements in complex IT environments.
- Hands-on experience in Requirements Engineering for SAP SD.
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and engaged mindset.
- Experience with SAP CC, Salesforce and/or EDI integrations (plus).
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements in a structured way.
- Design and customize user-centric solutions aligned with customer expectations.
- Assess the impact of requirements on business processes to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for eCommerce, CRM, and CIAM solutions (e.g., SAP CC, Salesforce).
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional and international teams.
