Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Real World Evidence (RWE).
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health).
- Proficiency in SAS or R.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs.
- Ability to perform data feasibility assessments and conduct analyses independently.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Understanding of financial performance on projects.
- PhD in a related field is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design real-world evidence (RWE) studies and develop study protocols.
- Develop comprehensive analysis plans for research projects.
- Perform independent analyses of primary and secondary data.
- Create analytic datasets and generate study reports.
- Present study findings to internal team members and external clients.
- Provide expert analytic guidance across cross-functional project teams.
- Identify project considerations, including potential facilitators and barriers to task execution.
