Requirements
- Academic Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or equivalent experience
- Fluent English and Greek
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience
- Problem solving and engineering mindset
- Knowledge of basic programming principles
- Interest in or familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)
- Strong organizational skills for team and solo assignments
- Ability to stay accountable within demanding deadlines
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to analyze and understand business requirements
- Design the application in line with established usability principles and business requirements
- Develop hybrid Conversational AI applications that blend agentic and deterministic, rule-based capabilities
- Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using rule-based, ML-based, and GenAI-based technologies
- Use JavaScript to code application logic
- Integrate Omilia applications with client systems via REST web services
- Perform test-driven development, unit and regression testing
- Analyze real-life human-system dialogs to assess system performance and identify improvements
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with customers and team members
- Provide consultation on design and development practices for partners and customers
