Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on engineering background (shipped production code) OR direct PM ownership of a developer experience/productivity function.
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle (user research, design, implementation, evaluation).
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to build prototypes to test ideas.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive influence across teams and cultures.
- Capacity to work from first principles to identify and solve engineering bottlenecks.
- Experience iterating on AI usage within real workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers with full ownership of feature delivery and AI-driven solutions to remove friction.
- Define product goals, metrics, and roadmaps based on user needs and mission impact.
- Drive user research within engineering and product teams.
- Write clear, compelling design docs and facilitate async, fast-moving decision-making.
- Over-communicate context, priorities, and decisions to ensure team alignment.
- Adjust priorities quickly based on feedback, experiments, or new learnings.
- Solve problems holistically through product features, ops tooling, or process changes.
- Directly manage the DevEx team to support career growth.
