- Successful completion of required assessments
Responsibilities
- Review and refine machine-translated customer service content (help articles, UI strings, internal support documentation)
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE)
- Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning
- Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement
- Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS)
- Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations
