Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Email or CRM marketing within a B2C product company.
- Demonstrable experience in building retention programs from analytics to execution.
- Hands-on experience with Omnichannel SaaS solutions like Mailchimp, Unisender, Iterable, Braze, or Reteno.
- Strong proficiency in product and web analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, BI-systems).
- Deep understanding of user base segmentation, event tracking, and the impact of data on business metrics.
- Experience in subscription-based products (SaaS or mobile apps) is highly preferred.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
- Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies including product, marketing, and transactional campaigns.
- Perform hands-on setup of email templates and build complex communication sequences.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing and content planning for user base segmentation.
- Monitor and optimize email campaign effectiveness including open, click, bounce, and delivery rates.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with designers and developers to execute campaigns.
- Analyze user data, event tracking, and business metrics to improve retention and LTV.
