Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
- Proficient in core Java and familiar with Spring framework.
- Proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database.
- Proficient in distributed system design.
- Familiar with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
- Capable of coping with stress and quickly learning new knowledge.
- Good cross-team communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design major aspects of application architecture including UI, middleware, and infrastructure.
- Ensure uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business-specific application needs.
- Lead the application development team and supervise design, testing, and modification stages.
- Write scripts and code for applications, as well as install and update applications.
- Mentor junior application developers and provide technical support.
- Run diagnostic tests and perform debugging procedures.
- Perform application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.
