Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in WordPress development and creative design.
- Proven expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and performance optimization.
- Ability to create and translate wireframes into responsive web pages using tools like Miro, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Experience performing website maintenance, including technical SEO and bug resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Demonstrated portfolio of website and design projects.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams, specifically with marketing and sales departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and SEO compatibility.
- Create and execute wireframes and prototypes for new pages, microsites, and campaign-specific landing pages.
- Design creative assets for digital marketing including banners, social media posts, emailers, and infographics.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into visually engaging, conversion-oriented designs.
- Optimize visual and code elements to enhance page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Support ongoing campaign and event design needs, including webpage creation, collateral design, and brand assets.
- Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all digital materials.
