Job Details

Current student or recent graduate of a graduate program (within 2 years).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Lists, Copilot, and Power Automate.
Ability to analyze data and create dashboards, reports, or performance insights.
Understanding of information management, including metadata, taxonomy, and document management.
Interest in AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and digital collaboration technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to World Vision's goals, mission, and vision.
Able to commit at least 20 hours per week for the period of 25 January – 23 April 2027.
At least 18 years of age.
Adherence to World Vision International’s Christian Statement of Faith.

Analyze emergency communications workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using Microsoft 365.
Design solutions to reduce manual effort, improve situational awareness, and accelerate communications delivery.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track media coverage, website performance, and social media engagement.
Enhance information accessibility through metadata, taxonomy, and improved document management practices.
Support the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot agents and other AI-enabled tools.
Create training materials, templates, and documentation to strengthen global emergency communications capabilities.
Research emerging AI and digital transformation practices within the humanitarian and media sectors.
