Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and professional, working English.
- Around 1 year of experience in web development or QA.
- Proficiency in reading and writing JavaScript.
- Comfortable using modern frameworks like React or Vue.
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to identify layout, responsive, and cross-browser issues.
- Understanding of back-end logic in PHP and/or Node to track features end-to-end.
- Experience testing REST or GraphQL endpoints.
- Experience working within Git and an Agile environment.
- Ability to work effectively with AI assistants, including prompt engineering and critical code review.
- Any hands-on experience with LLMs, including personal projects.
- Keen eye for detail, interactivity, and animation.
- Ability to work in accordance with Spain office working hours (10am-6pm CET).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Technology Lead, IA Developers, and UX/UI Design Lead to test and develop features.
- Review AI-assisted code to ensure it meets ticket requirements, follows conventions, and is free of bugs or invented APIs.
- Collaborate with the AI Developer to diagnose and resolve code issues while assessing potential system impact.
- Trace issues to their source—front-end, back-end, or prompt—rather than just addressing symptoms.
- Conduct intentional testing to break AI features and document all successful cases.
- Monitor web speed optimization metrics following each release.
- Report to the Project Manager and IA Developers while managing own schedule to meet deadlines.
- Participate in development tasks for internal tools and client features.
