Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance / Software Testing engineer.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or a comparable modern web automation framework.
- Deep understanding of Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Analytical ability to produce and document test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and strategy.
- Proficiency in testing across multiple layers: API, UI, cross-browser, and responsive.
- Proven Agentic AI skills: regular use of AI agents for test generation, planning, and maintenance.
- Strong judgment in reviewing AI-generated code for security, structure, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts and risk.
Responsibilities
- Own product area automation, from design phase planning to final delivery.
- Build and evolve the test framework using Page Object Model and TypeScript.
- Collaborate across Product and Engineering to ensure testability and quality.
- Direct AI agents to plan, generate, debug, and maintain automated tests.
- Maintain CI pipelines, ensuring fast, deterministic, and diagnosable test runs.
- Report honest test coverage and actionable bug data to development teams.
- Develop reusable agent skills and machine-readable testing conventions.
