Requirements
- 5–8 years of deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation Studio).
- Expertise building dynamic HTML emails, templates, landing pages, and reusable content blocks.
- Proficiency with mobile-first HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience designing complex solutions using Data 360 and Marketing Cloud products.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and systems architecture.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring developers and technical consultants.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to communicate solution designs and integration strategies.
- Define requirements and technical priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive hands-on implementation across Salesforce Marketing Cloud studios and products.
- Design scalable architectures and provide guidance on integrations with third-party systems.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical documentation.
- Manage technical delivery across campaigns, landing pages, and data migrations.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through debugging.
- Mentor a team of technical consultants and developers while enforcing code quality standards.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support customer needs.
