Job Details

College degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to work accurately with financial records, budgets, and fiscal reporting information.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
Experience or comfort managing a Help Desk queue and responding to routine technical requests.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing support requests.
Demonstrated willingness to learn new procure-to-pay systems and payment technologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, financial, and operational stakeholders.
Ability to work remotely within the United States, excluding Alaska.
Ability to work for extended periods at a computer.

Support the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of procure-to-pay platforms covering vendor marketplaces, purchasing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Maintain transaction and purchasing data integrity across P2P platforms and related accounting systems.
Manage the Help Desk queue, respond to support tickets and emails, and provide timely assistance to users.
Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, operations teams, and technology providers to support effective adoption of processes.
Investigate routine technical issues and escalate complex matters to senior support leadership.
Prepare financial, administrative, operational, and other reports or analyses as assigned.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing system configurations and providing feedback.
