Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
- Proven experience building production-grade LLM agents or agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, Pydantic AI, or LangGraph.
- Experience building MCP servers and RAG retrieval pipelines.
- Proficiency with multiple LLM providers and AWS Bedrock.
- Strong skills in Python and SQL, with comfort in TypeScript/Node.js.
- Solid production engineering experience on AWS including Docker, CI/CD, and observability.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on measurable success and business outcomes.
- Daily experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Clear communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows using tool use via MCP, structured outputs, and RAG.
- Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers for governed data access.
- Manage quality and cost through evaluations, telemetry, model versioning, and provider failover.
- Ship production services via CI/CD, including containerized deployments and monitoring.
- Contribute to shared platform components such as the agent template and LLM gateway.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and validate use cases.
- Utilize agentic coding tools daily while verifying outputs and maintaining quality standards.
