Job Details

Hands-on experience with database migration and modernization projects, ideally involving AWS services (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, DMS, SCT).
Deep proficiency in at least one relational database platform: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Proven ability to architect and implement data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and integration patterns at scale.
Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure fundamentals including EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3.
Comfort operating in pre-sales and client-facing contexts with the ability to translate technical depth into business language.
Ability to lead proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Experience working in distributed, async-first team environments.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements including Executive Conversations, workshops, and POCs to turn client challenges into validated technical solutions.
Architect and deliver database migration strategies including re-hosting, re-platforming, and re-factoring workloads to AWS.
Identify and build reusable architectural IP, including GenAI-enabled migration accelerators, to scale impact.
Deconstruct complex technical propositions into clear, repeatable solutions for sales teams and clients.
Influence senior technical and business stakeholders as an expert in data modernization strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams in a fully distributed, asynchronous-first environment.
