Requirements
- Hold an active US Secret clearance or higher and be able to maintain it.
- Have 5+ years of professional full stack development experience shipping production software.
- Have strong front-end skills in TypeScript and a modern framework; React is preferred.
- Have back-end experience in at least one of Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
- Have REST and/or GraphQL API design experience.
- Have relational database experience, including data modeling and query performance; PostgreSQL or similar.
- Have hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Have cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have experience working directly with end users or customer stakeholders and explaining technical tradeoffs in plain language.
- Use AI coding tools in day-to-day development and understand their appropriate use.
- Be comfortable making progress and sensible decisions without a fully formed specification.
- Be a US citizen; the employer cannot sponsor a new clearance for this role.
Responsibilities
- Embed with client end users, product owners, and technical and security teams to understand their workflows.
- Build and ship production features across the front end, back end, data layer, and infrastructure.
- Own features from initial stakeholder conversations through deployment.
- Deploy software into on-premises, government cloud, or restricted network environments.
- Prototype solutions to ambiguous needs and iterate with users.
- Build LLM-powered features and agentic workflows that meet client security and data-handling constraints.
- Write code and documentation for security review and partner with ISSO and compliance teams on authorization requirements.
- Share field insights with TribalScale engineering and product teams and bring in specialists when needed.
