Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience building customer-facing products, with substantial contributions to codebases or projects.
- Have depth on one side of the stack and fluency on the other: interactive web 3D using Three.js or equivalent, or back-end services, APIs, and data systems built and operated.
- Have experience with React and TypeScript.
- Have experience with a Python back end and relational data modeling.
- Demonstrate product judgment, including shaping problems, making UX decisions, and shipping without a product manager.
- Have hands-on experience making physical objects, such as printing, machining, molding, soldering, or assembling.
- Use AI coding agents daily and maintain a high bar for their output.
Responsibilities
- Scope, build, ship, and own projects end to end, from initial design conversations through post-launch metrics.
- Build user interfaces, APIs, data models, and long-running jobs across the stack.
- Develop jobs that turn designs into quotes and production-ready files.
- Optimize browser-based 3D experiences for performance and correctness on real-world models.
- Shape how the agent presents information, asks questions, and acts in the interface.
- Measure user-facing performance, reliability, and polish.
