Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in manual QA.
- Experience testing web-based applications.
- Proficiency in cross-browser functional testing.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and reporting applications.
- Ability to create and maintain manual test documentation (plans, cases, scripts).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of BDD-style acceptance criteria and test scenario writing.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Test developed web applications against requirements across desktop browsers and mobile devices.
- Record, monitor, and manage defects to ensure clarity and timely resolution.
- Create and maintain manual test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and participate in defect triage meetings.
- Track test progress against release schedules and prioritize workloads.
- Review test environments and coverage to support continuous quality improvement.
- Provide estimates for manual testing efforts to support project planning.
