Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
- Experience working closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
- Practical understanding of AI as it pertains to reshaping analytics workflows.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with event-based analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker.
- Proficiency with data modeling tools like Segment and dbt.
- Strong systems thinking and operator's mindset.
- Experience operating in ambiguous environments and executing independently.
- Clear communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders.
- Domain familiarity with public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and FinOps preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
- Build and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
- Establish and document clear metric definitions as a shared source of truth.
- Work within product analytics stack to ensure accurate and accessible reporting.
- Build and maintain dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
- Structure and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs such as support, churn, NPS, and sales feedback.
- Deliver recurring product analytics reporting on adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Present analysis to product managers and business stakeholders with clear findings and recommendations.
