Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8+ years of public accounting experience, including client-facing responsibilities
- Proven experience managing client relationships and presenting financial information
- Strong understanding of cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate financial insights clearly
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client engagements
- High level of professionalism, business judgment, and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Outsource Accounting Services (OAS) clients
- Lead client meetings, presenting financial results, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Translate financial data into meaningful business guidance and decision support
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships
- Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope
- Collaborate with internal management to ensure efficient workflow execution and staffing alignment
- Mentor and develop staff, focusing on both technical growth and client communication skills
