Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET / C#.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong SQL and database development experience.
- Understanding of software design patterns (MVC, MVVM) and modern architecture.
- Experience with Git or SVN.
- Practical experience with AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning.
- Experience using Claude Code for development and code review workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and refine software implementations for a product environment.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET, while contributing to the React frontend.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities, including LLM-powered features and intelligent workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and unit-testable code using test-driven development.
- Utilize Claude Code for development workflows and mandatory AI-assisted code reviews.
- Create technical documentation including architecture, database schemas, and sequence diagrams.
- Work with SQL databases and participate in planning sessions and stakeholder demonstrations.
