Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Proven experience shipping real-world apps or products with users.
- Experience with full-stack development, including desktop, mobile, and backend.
- Comfortable working with unfamiliar codebases.
- Bias for simple, efficient code over complex abstractions.
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment with high-level problems instead of detailed specs.
- Electron or desktop packaging experience (codesigning/notarization).
- Experience with Expo builds.
- Experience with LLM agent tooling.
Responsibilities
- Ship features and fixes with AI agents across the desktop, mobile, and backend stack.
- Own releases end-to-end, including building, signing, notarizing, uploading, and verifying.
- Operate in an AI-native dev workflow using agent-driven tools like Claude Code and Codex.
- Communicate directly with the product and stakeholders rather than just following tickets.
- Prioritize plain language and simplicity for non-technical users.
