Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Proven experience building dashboards in a BI tool.
- Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to define data standards and implement governance across systems.
- Strong design sense for creating professional collateral and offer decks.
- Must own a laptop or desktop computer.
- Must have a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps with a back-up connection.
- Must live in an area with a stable power supply.
Responsibilities
- Build the talent analytics function from metric definitions to leadership dashboards.
- Define talent KPIs including time to fill, pipeline conversion, source quality, and quality of hire.
- Automate reporting processes for recurring recruitment metrics.
- Develop and implement data quality standards across the talent tool stack.
- Partner with Finance to track and forecast headcount, connecting hiring activity to budget and capacity.
- Manage the full lifecycle of employer branding assets and design candidate-facing collateral like one-pagers and offer decks.
