Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience working with SAP WM.
- Proven experience delivering full-cycle SAP WM implementations.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of SAP WM processes, including warehouse organizational structures, storage types, storage bins, put-away and picking strategies, transfer orders, physical inventory, and MM-WM integration.
- Solid understanding of warehouse, logistics, and materials-management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for international and cross-functional environments.
- Willingness and availability to travel to client locations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of an international SAP WM rollout, including blueprint, realization, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business teams across warehousing, logistics, and materials management.
- Configure and customize SAP WM and MM according to the global template and specific local business requirements.
- Map, analyze, and optimize warehouse management processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, inventory, replenishment, cross-docking, and shipping.
- Design solutions that balance global process standards with local operational needs.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
- Support functional and integration testing and contribute to issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Work closely with related SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, and QM, to ensure effective end-to-end process integration.
- Collaborate with ABAP and other technical teams to communicate functional requirements and support technical solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with international stakeholders and contribute to project alignment across different locations.
