Requirements

- At least 7 years of experience in technical, engineering, or software development.
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT deployment projects.
- SAFe experience and certification across multiple programs.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Proven experience in the full product life cycle as a Product Owner.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet.
- Ability to work in complex, enterprise-level environments.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Balance scope, budget, and timeframe to prioritize work.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
- Remove impediments to sprint and release goals.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders ranging from executives to engineers.
- Track and report on velocity and project metrics.
