Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
- Expert level Python for scripting, API integrations, and AI/ML libraries.
- Expert level PowerShell for infrastructure automation and Microsoft ecosystem scripting.
- Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI-powered or agentic workflows.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong documentation habits for design rationale, dependencies, and runbooks.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions for repetitive IT and business processes.
- Build and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Python and PowerShell.
- Develop and manage RPA workflows for business process automation.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered automation tools and agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- Design and manage end-to-end workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, Azure Logic Apps, or similar.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Monitor automation health and perform root cause analysis on failures.
- Partner with IT, data, cybersecurity, and business operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities.
