Requirements

- Expertise in regulatory compliance and protocol implementation.
- Advanced judgment and decision-making in high-stakes research environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing investigator and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead site startup activities, including feasibility assessments, resource readiness evaluations, and onboarding to centralized IRB and master agreement processes.
- Drive enrollment performance by tracking metrics, identifying recruitment barriers, and designing customized remediation strategies.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for site investigators and coordinators to set expectations and hold sites accountable.
- Monitor daily site activities regarding subject eligibility, randomization, protocol adherence, and safety reporting.
- Conduct regular teleconferences and training broadcasts to mentor clinical teams.
- Perform self-audits and monitor clinical sites to recommend protocol operational improvements.
- Use data and statistical analysis to drive decision-making and project reporting.
