Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering across both automated and manual testing disciplines
- Extensive experience managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms
- Proven ability to design effective test strategies for complex business applications and workflows
- Strong experience with Salesforce testing and modern automation tooling
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation
- Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
- Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and connected business systems
- Create and execute comprehensive test strategies that balance automation with effective exploratory and manual testing
- Own test management processes, ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and release objectives
- Embed automated validation into deployment pipelines to support reliable, predictable releases
- Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Expand and maintain regression coverage as platforms and business processes evolve
- Validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected technologies
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
- Develop robust test data and environment management practices
- Deliver release-readiness reporting and quality insights to stakeholders
