Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering across both automated and manual testing disciplines
  • Extensive experience managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms
  • Proven ability to design effective test strategies for complex business applications and workflows
  • Strong experience with Salesforce testing and modern automation tooling
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation
  • Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages
  • Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and connected business systems
  • Create and execute comprehensive test strategies that balance automation with effective exploratory and manual testing
  • Own test management processes, ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and release objectives
  • Embed automated validation into deployment pipelines to support reliable, predictable releases
  • Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Expand and maintain regression coverage as platforms and business processes evolve
  • Validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected technologies
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
  • Develop robust test data and environment management practices
  • Deliver release-readiness reporting and quality insights to stakeholders
