Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, management reporting, and business partnership.
- Experience with FP&A systems, reporting automation, or planning platforms such as OneStream, SAP, D365, or similar tools.
- Ability to influence leadership, collaborate across functions, and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insight.
- Experience preparing executive-level FP&A materials, operating review content, and performance commentary for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead consolidated FP&A processes including monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning support.
- Prepare executive-ready financial reporting, variance analysis, and operating review materials.
- Analyze key business drivers including bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating profit, cash flow, working capital, and headcount productivity.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Accounting, HR, and systems teams to improve processes and increase automation.
