Requirements
- Experience as a Forward Deployed PM, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Technical Services Lead.
- Proven track record leading initiatives, workstreams, or informal teams in fast-paced, client-facing settings.
- Strong balance of product mindset and hands-on execution skills.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and expertise rather than formal management authority.
- Skilled at pattern recognition across client contexts to build scalable solutions.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools, workflow design, prompting, and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to shift between high-level pod strategy and granular execution.
- Strong judgment with incomplete information and a decisive bias to action.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills across technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
- Experience within SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Set and enforce quality standards for requirements, prototypes, and documentation across the pod.
- Review and provide feedback on briefs and workflows before they reach clients or engineering.
- Serve as the primary escalation point between the FDPM pod, Technical Account Managers, implementation engineering, and core product leads.
- Maintain a shared operational playbook including templates and workflow patterns.
- Identify recurring deployment patterns to provide structured feedback into the core product roadmap.
- Coordinate staffing and workload across active deployments, flagging capacity gaps.
- Step into active client deployments directly for high-stakes projects or coverage.
- Surface pod-wide progress, metrics, and operational blockers to leadership.
