Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in banking operations, technology, or product management.
- Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos, or Finastra).
- Experience with ancillary products including treasury, deposit & loan origination, and digital banking.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience.
- Experience with dashboard reporting applications.
- Experience creating and leading presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and business owner for the Bank’s core banking system and ancillary applications.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing functionality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure timely release of features.
