Requirements
- 6 years experience with Property & Casualty Forms, Underwriting and/or Regulatory Compliance work.
- BA/BS Degree.
- Familiarity with insurance form drafting.
- Understanding of complex aspects of underwriting, rating, regulatory compliance and the insurance product.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills.
- High level of verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Design and multi-disciplinary consulting projects for clients.
- Review insurance laws and regulations and perform competitive research.
- Draft product documents for new programs and create state-required forms for compliance.
- Prepare support and compliance reviews, including forms checklists and transmittals.
- Collaborate with state filings analysts and communicate project goals to clients.
- Draft form interrogatory responses and recommend solutions to clients.
- Keep informed on industry trends and perform peer reviews.
- Assist in preparing project proposals and manage client invoicing.
