Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or Deals practice, national advisory firm, or comparable environment.
- Demonstrated track record leading quality of earnings, net working capital assessments, and full-scope financial due diligence.
- Deep command of US GAAP in transaction contexts, including EBITDA normalization, working capital mechanics, and debt structuring.
- Broad industry exposure across middle-market transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA preferred (active or eligible).
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Decisive under pressure with capability to lead engagements with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirers.
- Direct quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, debt and debt-like item identification, and cash flow reviews.
- Manage all aspects of engagement execution including scoping, workplan design, and timeline oversight.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing communication with deal teams, management, and third-party advisors.
- Lead management interviews and diligence calls with target company finance teams and executives.
- Present findings and deal considerations to stakeholders.
- Direct and review the work of Vice Presidents, Senior Associates, and Associates, providing coaching and feedback.
- Contribute to business development, recruiting, and the development of TAS intellectual capital.
