Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to trace data flow across multiple systems.
- Comfortable working with REST APIs, SQL queries, and database concepts.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, log analysis, and proactive alerting.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications in enterprise environments preferred.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols like SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 integrations including Exchange, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integrations with Laurel.
- Validate data integrity and test deployed integration processes with clients.
- Support clients through billing system migrations and coordinate cutovers.
- Monitor integration health across all environments and respond to system alerts.
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and implement fixes to prevent billing discrepancies.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical issues.
- Serve as level 2 technical escalation for sync issues.
- Communicate technical resolutions to client IT contacts during outages.
