Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Fluent Polish (advanced) and English at a minimum B2/C1 level.
- Proven production-grade experience with both Scala and Python.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, automated testing, code reviews, and version control.
- Ability to navigate and maintain dual-language codebases efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and extend robust backend services using both Scala and Python.
- Design and implement production-ready features driven by Generative AI, integrating external and internal AI platform APIs, LLM providers, and transcription tools.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
- Design reliable, maintainable REST APIs and seamless integrations between core platform services and external third-party systems.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly testable code while supporting modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance/costs of AI workloads, and continuously improve platform stability.
