Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of commercial IT experience (or 12 years with a bachelor's degree; 17 years with a secondary degree).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development (PHP, Python, Java, Node.js, or similar).
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with Drupal, including custom module development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building responsive web applications compatible across browsers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with authentication system integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Ability to independently design, secure, and document API interfaces.
- Experience with database systems and integrating data layers.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using a full stack approach.
- Develop Drupal-based solutions including custom modules, CMS configuration, and migrations.
- Implement backend business logic using PHP and integrate with databases and user interfaces.
- Develop the frontend layer using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement APIs and integrate with external systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Create data dashboards, visualizations, and interactive map components.
- Ensure performance, security, and accessibility compliance with public sector standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and container platform teams on deployments.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical team support, and lead architectural decision-making.
